These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 4dyes2 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 4dyes2 website located at https://4dyes2.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, logging into the platform, making a deposit, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the 4dyes2 service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a Player on the 4dyes2 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or equivalent cryptocurrency value where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any interactive product made available through the 4dyes2 platform, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, lottery, and arcade titles.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 4dyes2 to confirm the identity, age, and address of a Player before processing withdrawals.

To be eligible to register for and use an Account on the 4dyes2 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to participate in online casino gaming and sports betting on this platform is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced. 4dyes2 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
2. You are registering as an individual acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.

5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 4dyes2 or any connected gambling operator.
6. You are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any other person. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the 4dyes2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if any changes occur. 4dyes2 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 4dyes2 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

4dyes2 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific promotional offer.

By accessing and using the 4dyes2 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal enterprises.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other artificial means to interact with games, exploit platform features, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical malfunction to obtain gains that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform's software or underlying systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the platform or its accessibility to other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

4dyes2 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and USDT TRC20 via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment source that belongs to the Account holder. Third-party deposits — where another individual's payment credentials are used — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account holder's KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements attached to any active Bonus Funds must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits associated with the Account tier.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated per promotion, typically between 20x and 40x) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games may contribute a reduced percentage or nothing at all. The specific game contribution table is published within each promotion's terms.

4dyes2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Account holder with their bank or payment provider without first contacting 4dyes2 support.
• Multi-accounting or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 4dyes2 staff or other players.

Upon Account closure following a breach of these Terms, 4dyes2 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is confirmed, legitimate balances will be returned to the Account holder by an appropriate payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal after KYC verification is completed.

All content on the 4dyes2 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4dyes2 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, scraping, or commercially exploiting any content from the platform without express written consent from 4dyes2.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dyes2 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in service caused by events outside 4dyes2's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred during game play, whether resulting from chance, a Player's own decisions, or technical malfunctions that are resolved in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
• Decisions made by a Player under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance impairing judgement.

The 4dyes2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated use as an online gaming service.

4dyes2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice posted prominently on the platform.

Continued use of the 4dyes2 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 4dyes2 is licensed and incorporated.
